When it comes to color, I am fearless. When it comes to making a statement, I leave my mark. When Lauren contacted me for her first Floral Crown way back when, I knew our kindred spirit for being fearless and making statements would be a creative dream.

From her bachelorette party to her wedding day, her colorful statements and bohemian chic style reflected her bright personality. When she contacted me via my Floral Design Shop: Forever Les Fleurs for her bridal floral crown, she sent me some inspirational photos of flowers she liked and of course her dress! If you send me a photo of your wedding gown or ensemble that you’ll be wearing for your special occasion, I can incorporate floral elements that will reflect your style.

I loved her bohemian Rue de Seine bridal gown, and was crushing on how unique and intricate the details were. She wanted a statement Floral Crown, and the colors were not only going to make a statement, they were going to encompass the sense romance and intrigue.

From the larger than life dahlias to the romantic bougainvillea, I wanted to play on the texture of her bridal gown. Adding a small bit of textured detail, like the ivory thistle inspired bud, complemented the fringe trim on her gown.
Lauren and Kyle’s destination wedding took place at The Saint Paul Hotel in Minneapolis, MN., and before they made the journey to say I do, we shopped for similar silk flowers and greenery that could also make the trek from San Diego! The faux floral arrangements mixed in beautifully with the real flowers, and Main Floral did an excellent job complementing her Floral Crown with her bridal bouquet.
Lauren made a beautiful bride, and I know she and her new husband have found their happily ever after together. Take a look into their special day with their wedding video by Complete Wedding + Events located in Minneapolis!
